This spacious town home is located within the prestigious Princeville resort on the beautiful north shore of Kauai. The north shore is home to fabulous beaches, breathtaking mountains and lush waterfalls. The island is the perfect place for a family vacation, a romantic get away or an outdoor adventure/eco-trip.
Located in the Mauna Kai development of Princeville, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home has soaring loft ceilings with wood beams and can sleep up to 6 persons. There are two master bedroom suites each with their own full bath. The first has its own separate entrance for privacy and is furnished with a king or two twin beds. The second master bedroom suite has a queen bed and a distant ocean view from the second floor loft. The 3rd bedroom has a pyramid style bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top). The home is perfect for two couples or ideal for a family traveling with older and younger children. This bedroom can be set up as one king or 2 twins.
The home is furnished in a Hawaiian plantation style. A large covered lanai with ceiling fans and privacy screens provides opportunities for true island living. The lanai is furnished with a teak dining table that can seat up to 8, full sized sofa and ottoman.
Amenities include original pan-pacific artwork throughout, as well as cable TV in the living room, and both master bedroom suites. There is also a stereo, CD/DVD/DVD/VCR player. The fully stock kitchen has gourmet kitchen utensils. Beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats are all supplied.
Take a 10 minute walk to picturesque Anini Beach or cool down at the Mauna Kai pool and pavilion. Shops, restaurants, and a children’s park are also within walking distance. World class golf, tennis, horseback riding, snorkeling, helicopter tours, sailing, kayaking, and fishing are all just minutes away by car.
