Princeville – Alii Kai Blog

I sure wish I lived on the shoreline of Kauai’s north shore. The view gets me every time! There is a condo in Princeville that sits on the bluffs and overlooks the ocean. It is a great location with views you can gaze at for days. It never gets old to me, then again I wonder if it can really ever get old for anyone?! Alii Kai 5103 vacation rental has a lot of bragging points.

Alii Kai 5103

It is a two bedroom, two bath condo with a full sized kitchen. The bedrooms are both hosts to king sized beds. This makes it a perfect double-date vacation for couples, or a family of four where two kids do not mind sharing a bed. If you need just a bit more room, there is a living space where a couch sits. To save on costs of rooms for the total head count, this may make for an alright option for those who have a larger family or party of 4.

What else is there you say? The complex hosts a gorgeous and spacious pool on site as well. The kitchen, like I mentioned, is full sized and ready to accommodate your every meal if you so choose. The rooms are Hawaiian themed and in modern, contemporary taste. There is a patio or lanai on the back where you will be able to sit out and relax on your private condo vacation rental.

To have this location in Princeville, the view, the sleeping quarters, the kitchen and lanai, it comes to a weekly total of about $1,170. Split that in half with another couple and it comes to $585 per couple (for one entire week’s stay). Per night? That’s less than $90 per night, per couple. That is an awesome price considering all that this place has to offer. Everything you need is at your fingertips and the vacation rental is like your vacation home away from home. This would make for a great annual couples getaway location! You wouldn’t have to ask me twice…

Last month, I talked about Alii Kai and it’s great location and amenities. However, that was Alii Kai 8E. Today, I want to talk about another great Alii Kai rental that is sure to be the perfect place for you and your family: Alii Kai 5103.

For one thing, Alii Kai 5103 is in Princeville, which is one of the most popular towns on Kauai. In Princeville, you can find concerts, nice restaurants, crystal clear waters, the best beaches on the island, water sports, equipment rentals, hiking trails, shopping centers, and even a few friends. And if you stay at Alii Kai, you will be right in the thick of things.

And Alii Kai also has a great view of the water, located on a bluff overlooking the beautiful waters surrounding the island. Not only that, but there is a large lawn where your family can play touch football or enjoy an evening picnic underneath the stars.

Of course, the house itself is also lovely. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is enough room for a family of four or two couples vacationing together. And each room of the house has a beautiful ocean view, so you don’t have to argue over who gets which bedroom. The lanai is a great place to relax and have a cold drink at the end of a busy day spent enjoying all that Kauai has to offer. And, let’s be honest, at only $900 a week, this place is a steal.

So if you need a place to stay for your Kauai vacation, consider Alii Kai 5103.

On Kauai, we have many hotels, several villas, and quite a few resorts. But the best places to stay are often the vacation rental homes. For one thing, they are cheaper per week than getting a hotel room or staying at a resort. And for another thing, they offer you a lot more room and many more amenities than most other places. So, if you are coming to visit Kauai, consider Alii Kai 8E for your stay.

Alii Kai is a group of condos in Princeville, the best town on Kauai. At Alii Kai 8E, you will be surrounded by the lush views of tropical landscaping, be within walking distance to some beautiful tennis courts, and you can even see the ocean from the condo. Of course, I recommend 8E specifically because it has a cozy yet spacious appearance with many windows to keep the space light and bright throughout the year.

Alii Kai 8E is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with enough space to sleep 4 comfortably. This makes 8E the perfect place for a small family or two couples to stay. Plus the living room has a pullout couch for additional sleeping space if needed.

Amenities for this condo include a fully equipped kitchen, landscaping, a communal swimming pool and tennis courts, a washer/dryer unit in the condo, free high speed internet and a TV/DVD unit. But the best part of this condo is the price: only $875 for an entire week! So if you come to Kauai, you can spend your money on what really matters and not on an outrageous hotel bill.

If you are coming to Kauai for Valentine’s week, then chances are that you could use a nice place to stay that won’t cost you 200+ a night (like the hotels will). Well, have you heard of a little place called Alii Kai 2202 in Princeville? Because I think this might be just the place for you.

Let’s face it – you will probably want two things for your romantic get-away in Kauai this Valentine’s Day: a place to sleep and a place to play. This rental offers both of those things.

Sleep: This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is just the right size for a romantic rendezvous. Queen sized beds bring you together and give you some much needed alone time. And when you wake up, separate bathrooms allow you to both get ready for the day at the same time. Walking through your living room and into the kitchen, you have a fully equipped space in which to grab a quick bite or sit down to a nice meal. Sitting in your vacation home, you can enjoy the gorgeous mountain views and plan your day together.

Play: And then you need to get out of the house! Princeville is one of the best places to stay on Kauai. Why? Well, because there is so much to do. Now sure, you can take it easy and enjoy your romantic get-away with sunbathing at Hanalei Bay, lunch at a quaint bistro, shopping in town, quality time at home, a nice dinner at one of our fabulous restaurants, and then a moon-lit walk on the beach. But you could also fill your days with water-sports, scuba diving, horseback riding lessons, hiking, going on a tour, learning to surf, and maybe even taking a sunset cruse before returning home. It’s up to you.
